As a parent, it’s important to make them feel loved and accepted whether they excel in school or not.
Since they are still in the adjustment period brought on by the resumption of full face-to-face classes, there will be instances when they will not perform well in school.
Speaking of, a Grade 3 student is breaking the hearts of netizens with the note she wrote to her parents.
Blyte Vivien Glomar, a mother, recently went to the social networking site, Facebook where she shared a heartbreaking message that she and her husband received from their daughter who’s now in her third grade.
The Grade 3 student apologized to her parents for not being smart.
“Mami and dadi, sorry po kasi hindi po ako matalino. Good morning I love you” she wrote.
Heartbroken, her mother took to Facebook wherein she shared the message at same time apologizing to her daughter.
“Kagigising ko lang ito Ang bumungad sakin
Nadurog ang puso ko umagang umaga umiiyak ako
Sorry anak ko kung iniisip mo na hindi ka magaling sa paningin namin ng daddy mo
Mahal na mahal ka namin
Ok lang kahit hindi ka matalino anak
Para samin Ikaw Ang pinakamagaling
Lagi kami naka suporta sayo mahal na mahal ka namin
