ELHA NYMPHA – The singer reacted to negative comments on her cover of Eric Clapton’s hit single, “Wonderful Tonight”.
Elha Mae Fronda Nympha is a singer who rose to fame after winning the second season of The Voice Kids Philippines.
In the said singing competition, she took home the P1 million cash prize, a recording contract from MCA Music, a music instrument package, a family utility vehicle, a house and lot worth P2 million from Camella Homes, and a P1 million trust fund.
She started singing at the age of 3 and started joining a school competition at the age of 7.
She lived in Kamuning, near EDSA, GMA Building, and MRT-3 Kamuning station. She was selling banana cue to support herself and her family. Her mother, Lucy, noticed that Elha has a talent for singing.
Nympha is a member of the all-female vocal group New Gen Divas together with Janine Berdin, Sheena Belarmino, and Fana.
It was just recently when she posted a cover of the song “Wonderful Tonight” via her YouTube channel, Its Me Elha.
As of posting, her rendition has already generated more than 510k views.
