A nightclub is a nighttime entertainment venue that includes a dance floor, a lightshow, and a stage for live music or a disc jockey (DJ) who plays recorded music.

Nightclubs typically restrict entry based on age, attire, personal belongings, and inappropriate behavior. Nightclubs typically have dress codes that prohibit people from entering in informal, indecent, offensive, or gang-related attire.

Nightclubs, unlike other types of entertainment venues, are more likely to use bouncers to screen prospective patrons for entry.

Friday and Saturday nights are the busiest nights for a nightclub. For branding purposes, most nightclubs cater to a specific music genre or sound. Some nightclubs may serve food and drinks (including alcoholic beverages).

Meanwhile, a group of nightclubbers is making rounds online.

This was after they were prohibited to enter a nightclub in Bacolod for wearing slippers.

In the video posted by a certain Mcee Schmitt on the social networking site, Facebook, they can be seen cursing and even pointing fingers at the bouncer.

Watch the video below:

Even though there were security personnel and police officer present, they couldn’t help themselves but express their frustration against the bouncer.

The police officer was seen trying to pacify the situation.

It seems that the nightclubbers were not aware that wearing of slippers is not allowed inside the clubs.
