It was on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, when the radio commentator was arrested due to a violation of Section 4 of Republic Act 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

But Abile is confident that he will be reunited with his followers again.

Before being arrested, the radio commentator stated in a video that he will immediately take care of the case filed against him so that he can post bail.

According to him, he was also surprised by the court’s quick filing of the warrant against him.

“Nagulat ako biglang may warrant na kaya hindi muna ako makakapag-broadcast ngayon dahil asikasuhin ko kaagad ang piyansa,” he said.

“Pero mga ka-bigwas, wag kayong mag-alala, magsasama tayo uli,” he added.

He said that he’s not going to “shower” coins this New Year because he’s going to use the money he saved to post bail.

“May iniipon akong tag-lilimang piso, sampung piso yung ipapa-shower ko tuwing New Year ‘yan ang gamitin ko pangpiyansa,” he said.

Meanwhile, Abile is a well-known Palawan journalist who made headlines after spreading theories about Jovelyn Galleno’s case.

Galleno, a 22-year-old graduating student, made headlines for several weeks after she mysteriously vanished. Her remains were eventually discovered and confirmed via DNA testing by the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

One of his most infamous claims was that members of the Puerto Princesa PNP were involved in “tanim buto” to put pressure on suspect Leobert Dasmarinas.
