Meet Gena Mago, the mother of Xander Ford’s baby
GENA MAGO – The mother of Xander Ford’s baby took to social media wherein she confirmed that she’s the mother of the social media personality’s baby.
Xander Ford whose real name is Marlou Salcedo Arizala started off as a member of the boy band Hasht5, a boy band parody whose videos became popular in 2015.
After leaving Hasht5 to pursue a solo career, he underwent plastic surgery, changing his name to “Xander Ford”. His transformation received widespread coverage online.
Then, his name was linked to a series of controversies online.
In 2020, he was arrested in Pasay due to violence against women complaint filed by his former girlfriend. The next day, he was released from jail after his former agency Star Image Artist Management posted bail of P18,000.
Prior to that, he claimed that he was a member of the LGBTQ community. He even introduced his boyfriend.
After being involved in multiple controversies, he decided to stay away from the limelight. Now, he’s living a more private life.
Recently, he went to social media wherein he announced that he’s already a father.
At the time, his girlfriend Gena Mago also went to social media wherein she confirmed that she was six months pregnant.
She admitted that she is still quite young to have a baby, but stressed that her and Ford’s “journey” does not end at parenthood.
Gena is also a social media influencer.
She has over 8k subscribers on her official YouTube channel and more than 2k followers on Instagram.
She recently shared on Facebook that she has finished her senior high.
