The towing personnel who accidentally scratched the towed car goes viral and garnered various reactions from the netizens.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority is an agency of the Republic of the Philippines implementing the planning, monitoring, and coordinative functions along the road concerning purely local matters.

The agency covers the cities of Manila, Quezon City, Caloocan, Pasay, Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasig, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Valenzuela, Malabon, Taguig, Navotas and San Juan and the municipality of Pateros.

MMDA is also implementing strict rules and regulations along the road to ensure the safety and comfort of both motorists and pedestrians. The agency conduct clearing operations to remove obstacles, which may cause traffic congestion along the road.

A Facebook user named “Kwekpetlord The Hooligan” has shared the video footage of towing personnel who accidentally scratched the towed car. The video footage elicits comments from the online community.

In the video, it can be seen that several MMDA personnel has been conducting a clearing operation. Traffic enforcers towed the illegally parked vehicles for causing traffic congestion along the road.

The enforcers towed a Honda Civic FD and attempted to place it atop of the tow truck. Unfortunately, a steel bar atop the ramp scratched the body kit of the vehicle. The towing employees got shocked after seeing the scratch.
