One of the precious moments for parents is to see their sons or daughters graduate.

Some graduates are lucky to receive gifts from their parents, whether it would be financial or in the form of property (house, lot, etc.)

It’s a good thing to receive such gifts that after years of hard work, the sacrifices that parents have gone through are slowly paying off.

Speaking of gifts, a newly grad student received not just cash on his graduation but a house and lot.

House and lot are often given as gifts to the newly wedded couple. But a newly grad named Michael Tenorio received a house and lot from his parents as a graduation gift.

Recently, a certain Clinthfe Barioga took to social media to congratulate his Tenorio.

His post was accompanied by the caption: “Congrats Michael Tenorio,,Maka sana all Ang house And lot na gift oy,,padayon sa kabuotan pat,,good luck sa imong journey,,pag libre sad.”

Apparently, Barioga did not mention what course Tenorio finished but based on his Facebook profile, he graduated from Notre Dame of Dadiangas University in General Santos, South Cotabato.

Aside from the house and lot, Tenorio also received money sash from his parents that probably sum up to more or less 10,000 pesos.
