NADINE LUSTRE – The actress stressed in a recent interview that she’s still proud of Vice President Leni Robredo despite losing her presidential bid.
Nadine started her showbiz career as a former member of the all-female group Pop Girls.
She then ventured into acting.
She rose to fame after playing the lead role of Eya Rodriguez in the film adaptation of the popular wattpad novel Diary ng Panget.
She is also known for her role as Leah Olivar in the popular television series, On the Wings of Love with James Reid.
In 2018, her performance as Joanne Candelaria in the romantic drama film Never Not Love You received critical acclaim.
She also earned several citations such as the Young Critics Circle Best Performer award, the FAMAS Award for Best Actress, and the Gawad Urian for Best Actress.
During the recent election period, Nadine Lustre was among the staunch supporters of outgoing Vice President Leni Robredo.
Robredo ran for the highest post in the 2022 general election but lost to President-elect Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
In an interview on Monday, the actress said that she is still proud of Robredo despite losing in her presidential bid.
