Road rage is aggressive or angry behavior exhibited by motorists. These behaviors include rude and verbal insults, yelling, physical threats, or dangerous driving methods targeted at other drivers, pedestrians or cyclists in an effort to intimidate or release frustration.

Road rage can lead to altercations, damage to property, assaults, and collisions that result in serious physical injuries or even death.

Previously, video footage featuring the altercation between an alleged NBI agent and Office of the President personnel made rounds online, garnering reactions from the netizens.

In the video, a man who claimed to be an NBI agent can be seen confronting a car driver who introduced himself as personnel from the Office of the President.

According to the self-proclaimed NBI agent, he’s in the middle of an operation.

But based on the investigation of the Department of Justice, the man who proclaimed to be an NBI agent in the viral video was actually not a personnel of the National Bureau of Investigation.

“He is now facing possible charges for violation of the Comelec gun ban (if he had no exemption), grave threat, coercion, usurpation of authority, and illegal possession of firearm,” said DOJ Sec. Menardo Guevarra.
