Here’s the real score between Joshua Garcia and Trina Guytingco
JOSHUA GARCIA – The actor clarified his real score with Ateneo Lady Eagles guard Trina Guytingco.
Joshua rose to fame when he became part of the reality show Pinoy Big Brother: All In as a contestant.
Before joining PBB, he used to be a member of the Batangas cultural dance group, the Sining Kumintang.
After his PBB stint, he ventured into acting. His critically acclaimed performances in the 2016 Metro Manila Film Festival top-grosser Vince and Kath and James and in the primetime series The Good Son skyrocketed his career.
He also starred in various TV series such as Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita, The Greatest Love, Ngayon at Kailanman, and The Killer Bride as well as movies like Love You to the Stars and Back, Unexpectedly Yours, I Love You, Hater, and Block Z.
On the other hand, Trina Guytingco is a 24-year-old basketball player who plays for Ateneo Women’s Basketball Team.
Born and raised in Pleasant Hill, California, the Filipina-Chinese started playing basketball when she was only 10-years-old.
Trina is the best friend of actress Kathryn Bernardo.
The two were rumored over a romantic relationship following their photos together during a birthday celebration of Kathryn last March 2020 held in El Nido, Palawan.
But in an interview, Joshua Garcia clarified: “Tropa ko yun, barkada namin yun nila Daniel. Nagkataon lang siguro nung time na yun, partner-partner sila tapos parehas kaming single kaya parang tropa-tropa namin may pag-push.”
Meanwhile, Joshua congratulated Trina, who’s a part of the Gilas Pilipinas women’s basketball team, for earning a gold medal in the 31st Southeast Asian Games.
