Chito Miranda: “Supermom. I don’t know how you do it.”
CHITO MIRANDA — The “Parokya ni Edgar” frontman had nothing but praises for his wife, actress-entrepreneur Neri Miranda, on Mother’s Day.
Chito and Neri, who tied the knot in 2014, have been consistent in showing their love for each other on social media. On Valentine’s Day, Chito explained why Neri is also his best friend.
Neri recently finished the SBAA (School of Business Administration & Accountancy) ETEEAP (Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program) program at the University of Baguio.
In November 2020, Neri also concluded an online program at Harvard Business School.

Sharing Neri’s official graduation photo on Chito’s Instagram account on Sunday, he said that he is still in awe of his wife’s ways, calling her a “supermom”.
“I don’t know how you do it. I mean, I could see you, first hand, doing everything that you do in front of me, but it still baffles me kung paano mo nagagawa lahat yun,” he wrote in the caption. “Kumbaga sa magic trick, kahit kasama kita, at nandun ako backstage, hindi ko pa rin alam kung paano mo ginagawa yung lahat ng ginagawa mo. Sobrang nakakabilib lang.”
He also took the time to acknowledge how his wife was able to finish her studies even while taking care of him, their businesses, their family, her entertainment opportunities, and communities.
According to Chito, his wife has inspired moms like her “to break through their limitations”, to “follow, pursue, and focus on their goals and dreams”, to “be more than what they think they could be”, and to “achieve more than they could imagine”.

In a separate post, Chito opened up about his “yabang”.
“Meron akong yabang. Hindi yung ‘yabang’ na nagmamataas ako to make others feel that they were beneath me,” Chito shared. “Yung yabang ko, was naniniwala ako sa sarili ko na kayang kong gawin kung ano man ang trip kong gawin. Kumbaga, malakas lang talaga loob ko.”
