J&T Rider Argues w/ Customer During Delivery Transaction
The video footage of J&T rider having an exchange of heated argument with his customer elicits comments online.
The Facebook page “Pepeng Pinakamalupet” has shared the video footage of intense confrontation of a J&T rider and customer. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that a lady customer is shouting and expressing her rage towards the delivery rider during the transaction. The delivery employee respond with a distasteful remark to the customer.
The male customer holding the parcel faced the rider and calmly explained his side. The rider also give his side of the story but the two continue to have an exchange of heated arguments during the transaction.
The commotion started when the customer asked the rider if the parcel is paid or not. The delivery worker gives the price of the parcel worth P2, 850, which triggered the fury of his customer.
The customer explained that he was just asking if the parcel is paid or not but did not like the answer of the rider. It can also noticed that the delivery worker is a little bit arrogant for showing such behavior.
In the end, the deliver rider took the parcel to return it to the logistics after the customer refused to accept it because of the latter’s behavior.
