It can be recalled that Toni was criticized following her support to presidential candidate Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. which even prompted her to step down as the main host of the reality show, Pinoy Big Brother (PBB).

Some promised not to watch any program hosted by Toni while others plead not to get her as an endorser.

Toni Gonzaga kept mum on the criticisms she has been receiving that’s why she was dubbed as the “Unbothered Queen.”

But in her speech during a March 13 event of UniTeam in Las Piñas, it seems that she’s chiding at her critics.

“Alam niyo po tuwang tuwa po ako kapag nakakasama ako sa rally ng UniTeam,” she said. “Dahil ang UniTeam supporters, hindi uso satin ang cancel culture.”

“Ang buhay na buhay sa UniTEam ay ang Filipino culture.”

According to Gonzaga, the supporters of Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte are more likely to be loving, helpful and united.

The host said that all UniTeam candidates are humble which is why Marcos’ popularity is increasing.

Toni’s hosting of UniTeam has become a hot topic on social media, especially her singing of ‘Titanium’ and ‘Roar’.

Toni has not yet confirmed whether the said message is for her critics.

Meanwhile, the candidates for May 9, 2022 elections are gearing up conducting sorties and visits to various parts of the country.
