Did you know there’s a parrot that costs as much as one million pesos?
FLORANTE GOZON – A pet exhibitor from Ilocos Sur showed his pets including a parrot called Hyacinth Macaw, which cost P1 million.
Having a pet might be costly.
You need to take good care of it by giving it proper food, consulting a veterinarian whenever your pet suffers from sickness or is scheduled for a checkup, giving proper nutrients, and to name a few.
Some pets cost more than the price of any other animal.
One of which is the pet parrot of a certain Florante Gozon, a pet exhibitor.
According to him, he really loved to take care of animals when he was young like the chicks he only sees in their area.
But as he grows older, he began to pursue the dream of having beautiful pets like parrots.
Gozon said that the Hyacinth Macaw’s blue plumage is very beautiful, and it is larger than other parrots.
Aside from parrots, he also has sugar gliders with high mutations, or white in color, and bearded dragons.

He said that it is not difficult to take care of unusual pet animals but it only requires dedication.
Because parrots also have a long life span of up to 40 years, Gozon said there should be someone who will take care of them when the time comes the owner is gone.
