MOCHA USON – The dancer-turned-public servant is supporting the presidential bid of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno.

Moreno will run for president alongside his running mate, Doc Willie Ong.

They will go against the tandem of Vice President Leni Robredo and Senator Kiko Pangilinan, former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos and Sara Duterte, Senator Manny Pacquiao and Buhay partylist representative Lito Atienza, Senator Ping Lacson and Tito Sotto and to name a few.

A lot have expressed their support to Mocha Uson and added to the list is no less than Mocha Uson.

Uson, a former appointee and staunch supporter of President Rodrigo Duterte, announced at a campaign trail in Cavite her support to Moreno.

During her speech, Mocha Uson compared Isko Moreno to “young Duterte” in terms of his passion for service to the country.

Meanwhile, Mocha is seeking a congressional seat as a nominee of the Mocha (Mothers for Change) Party-list.

Esther Margaux “Mocha” Justiniano Uson or better known as Mocha Uson is a controversial singer, actress, dancer, model, political blogger, and public official.

Mocha served as a member of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) from January 2017 through her appointment as Assistant Secretary of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) in May of the same year by President Rodrigo Duterte as a reward for her support in his presidential campaign.

She resigned from office on October 3, 2018, following a series of gaffes, though some said she was dismissed by Malacañang.

On September 30, 2019, it was announced that Duterte had appointed Uson as deputy executive director of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), much to the outrage of Filipino netizens.
