In the video posted by UK-based media The Sun on the micro-blogging site, Twitter, the ghost-like creature or black-figure can be seen passing over the streets.
According to The Sun, the ghost-like creature was spotted on cam in one of the streets in the Philippines.

Apparently, the vehicles did not notice the creature passing through.
The video ends with the successful crossing of the ghost on the road – without anyone noticing it.
