BOYING REMULLA – The Cavite 7th District Rep. claimed anew that some Kakampinks or supporters of Vice President Leni Robredo were paid during the grand rally in General Trias last March 4.
Robredo is gearing up for the highest position in the government this coming May 9, 2022 election.
Together with her runningmate, Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, they will go against the tandem of; former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Doc Willie Ong, Senator Manny Pacquiao and Buhay partylist representative, Lito Atienza as well as Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III.
It was on Friday, March 4 when her team held a campaign rally in General Trias, Cavite.
The venue was covered by their massive supporters known as Kakampinks.
But according to Remulla, some Caviteños who attended their grand rally in Cavite were paid.
Aside from that, he also claimed that there were activists and members of the National Democratic Front (NDF) who participated in the said gathering.
His claims earned the ire of netizens especially the supporters of VP Robredo.
In an interview this Saturday, Remulla firmly stood by his first statement that people were paid P500 each to attend Vice President Leni Robredo’s campaign rally.
“Validated po lahat ng sinabi… Meron po nga bayaran,” he said.
According to him, it was validated by their intelligence community. He added that the names of the organizers from the leftist sector who have been supporting Robredo have been sent to him.
Remulla said that he saw it with his own eyes how they took off the jeepney, wearing their uniforms and flags.
He noted that it’s one of the tactics of the National Democratic Front of the Philippines.
To recall, following the claims of Remulla, he trended on the micro-blogging site, Twitter with #BoyingSinungaling.
