PROCLAMATION RALLIES – The top presidential and vice-presidential candidates will hold proclamation rallies this Tuesday, February 8- which marks the start of the official campaign period.
The campaign period for national positions starts today, February 8.
In line with the beginning of the campaign period, the top presidential and vice-presidential tandems organized proclamation rallies.
Their respective rallies will be hosted by renowned personalities.
Leni Robredo-Kiko Pangilinan tandem will hold proclamation rally today at 5:30 pm, held in Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City. It will be hosted by Agot Isidro, Pinky Amador at Cherry Pie Picache.
Panfilo Lacson-Vicente Sotto III tandem is scheduled at 5 pm today in Imus Grandstand, Cavite. It will be hosted by Ciara Sotto and Iwa Moto.
Manny Pacquiao-Lito Atienza’s tandem is set at 3 pm today in General Santos City. Apparently, the host/s of their proclamation rally was not disclosed.
Isko Moreno Domagoso-Willie Ong is at 4:30 pm in Kartilya ng Katipunan or Bonifacio Shrine, Manila. Same with Pacquiao-Atienza tandem, the host/s of their proclamation rally was not disclosed.
Ferdinand Marcos Jr.-Sara Duterte tandem is scheduled from 4 pm onwards (Doors open at 2 pm). It will be held in Philippine Arena, Ciudad de Victoria, Santa Maria, Bulacan, and hosted by Toni Gonzaga.
Leody de Guzman-Walden Bello, on the other hand, is set from 6 pm to 9 pm and the venue will be in Bantayog ng mga Bayani, Quezon City.
Meanwhile, campaigning will be prohibited on April 14 and 15 (Maundy Thursday and Good Friday), as well as the eve of election day, and election day itself- May 8 and 9.
