Dapat Alam Mo! to replace the timeslot of Wowowin on GMA-7
DAPAT ALAM MO! – The news magazine show hosted by Kim “Kuya Kim” Atienza will replace the timeslot of Wowowin on GMA-7.
It was just recently when the Kapuso Network announced that the contract of Willie Revillame is about to end.
In a statement, GMA said that Kuya Wil will be leaving GMA. Apparently, the network did not cite the reason.
Along with the announcement with regards to the expiration of his contract is the last airing of his show Wowowin.
“Willie Revillame’s contract with GMA Network is set to end on the 15th of this month. His show ‘Wowowin’ will air until Friday, Feb. 11,” said GMA Network in a statement.
Meanwhile, the news magazine show Dapat Alam Mo! hosted by Kim Atienza, Emil Sumangil, and Patricia Tumulak will temporarily take over the timeslot of Wowowin.
From GTV, the show will air on GMA-7 starting Valentine’s Day, February 14.
Kuya Kim also announced on social media that Dapat Alam Mo! will air on Kapuso Network at 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
Meanwhile, reports surface that Family Feud Philippines will also premiere on the soon-to-be-vacated timeslot of Wowowin. However, it will air on the last week of February.
Family Feud is an American television game show.
Richard Gomez was the first host of its Philippine version that aired on GMA-7 from 2008 until 2009.
In 2011, Edu Manzano became the host of Family Feud.
Ogie Alcasid, on the other hand, is the host of the said show when it aired on ABC-5 from 2001 until 2002.
