Working Mom Carrying Baby at Work Presentation Earns Praises Online
A supportive employer has expressed its praises and admiration for working mom carrying her baby at a work presentation.
A woman named Nita Ramadhita has shared the photos of herself making a work presentation while carrying her baby. The hardworking woman is working Bobobox, a capsule hotel company in Indonesia.
Nita narrated that she could not find a baby sitter for her child and she needs to report to work for an important presentation at the office. She asked her employer if she can bring her baby and her boss allowed her request.
The lady successfully completed her presentation and expressed her gratitude to her employer on LinkedIn. Ramadhita even impressed the online community for performing her job and mother duties at the same time.
Ramadhita said that she is a mother, a wife, a marketer, and a leader at the same time. She has dreams and goals in life that she wanted to achieve. She is considering her situation as a great privilege.
The woman thanked Bobobox for giving her the chance to pursue her career while nursing her daughter. She finds it as a good opportunity to reach her goal and monitor her child’s growth.

“Mama, you don’t have to choose. Today, I brought my baby with me to the office. When we decided to be parents, I promised myself to keep my passion alive. Having a baby would not be a finish line for me. My daughter would not be the reason why I couldn’t have a career. A ‘mother’ would not be the only thing that defines me as a person. Yes, I am a mother of a very beautiful daughter. But, I’m also a wife, a marketer, a leader. I am still my own person with desires and dreams. Choosing to be a stay-at-home mom is definitely a noble thing that I respect. If taking care of your child full-time and being there for them in every step they’ll take are what make you whole, go for it, mama! As for me, to be able to have a meeting with my daughter cooing right besides me, to be able to be there for her and nurse her whenever she needs while crafting a strategy, to be able to keep pursuing my career and not missing any milestone of my baby’s growth… what a privilege. Being a mom or a marketer; I am so grateful that I don’t have to choose. And I thank Bobobox for supporting it. Here’s to all mothers in the world”
