A homecredit agent mistakenly called a popular “Radio Station” in the country during live session on Facebook.
The Facebook page “Tiktok user” has shared the video footage of a Homecredit agent mistakenly called a popular “Radio Station” in the country during live session. The video goes viral after it was posted on social media.
In the video, it ca be seen that DJ Maki Rena of MOR is having her live session on Facebook when the phone rings. The caller who is Homecredit agent is looking for a certain Anthony Mendez who was probably one of their clients.
DJ Maki Rena informed that lady caller that she called a wrong number and continue to ask several questions. The DJ even laughed and told the caller that she is currently on air while performing her task as a disc jockey.
However, the caller seems to be unstoppable and threw several questions. The caller asked on how long does the number exist and the address. The DJ politely answered all the questions but throw some jokes to entertain the viewers.
The agent also apologized for her mistakes and explained that the validation is required so that the company will never call the number again. “Pasensya na po ma’am bale thank you po sap ag-sagot ipapa validate na lang po itong number para hindi na matawagan,” the caller said.
“Salamat te pasensya ka na na ere kita naka ere ako e,” the DJ responded.
