Bro Eddie Villanueva Cites Factor that Church will Consider in Endorsing Presidential Bet

BRO EDDIE VILLANUEVA – The founder of Jesus is Lord Church spoke on the presidential bet that the church will endorse in the Election 2022.

The May 2022 Election is almost here and campaigns are happening left and right. It was last February 8 when the campaigns kicked off with the proclamation rallies of the national election candidates held in different areas across the nation.

The proclamation rallies gathered the supporters of the candidates for the upcoming election. Several supporters also did their own ways of campaigning for their bets.

Furthermore, candidate endorsements are also crossing the surface now. Several groups of professionals, church leaders, and popular personalities in the different fields have expressed their support to their bets.

As for the presidential bet of Jesus is Lord Church, Bro. Eddie Villanueva said that the church has yet to decide on who among the 10 presidential candidates they will endorse in the upcoming May 2022 Election.

Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, Bro. Eddie Villanueva said that they are still weighing the platforms of the presidential candidates to see who is the closes among them to public service and to the “God-fearing principle of Jesus [is] Lord movement”.

Citing the Bible, Villanueva stressed the importance of the fear of God with his the beginning of wisdom. He emphasized the value of wisdom for a leader to succeed. According to him, their church is really considering a candidate who is genuinely God-fearing.

“‘Pag God-fearing, talagang matatakot kang gumawa ng gargantuan corruption right and left,” he said.

Based on the report, Bro. Eddie Villanueva stressed that all of the candidates are his friends and they have sought his prayers during the previous elections. More updates may be posted soon.
