Megan Young shared a message for Mikael Daez on his 34th birthday.
MEGAN YOUNG — The Miss World 2013 titleholder recently took to social media to share a message for her husband Mikael Daez on his 34th birthday as well as their 11th anniversary as a couple.
Sharing a set of snaps showing her favorite moments with Mikael on Instagram, Megan said that she greeted her husband with a happy birthday and they both greeted each other with a happy anniversary.
“I didn’t forget this time at the strike of midnight. I greeted Fofo a happy birthday and we greeted each other a happy anniversary. And just like that we went back to our games hahaha,” Megan wrote.
According to her, their family and friends knew that they didn’t really have big celebrations and they had some errands, enjoyed the food gifts they received, and watched a movie.
Megan and Mikael got married in an intimate ceremony at Caleruega Church in Nasugbu, Batangas in January 2020, after dating for 8 years.

The couple then tied the knot for a second time in a bigger ceremony attended by their friends and family in Subic Bay just weeks later.
It was last July when the couple said that they weren’t in a rush to start their own family. Megan said that aside from wanting to enjoy their married life first, she and her husband were focused on pursuing their dreams at the moment.
For his part, Mikael said that witnessing their loved ones deal with the demands of parenthood had helped him and his wife arrive at their decision.
