MARCO ALCARAZ AND LARA QUIGAMAN — The celebrity couple took to their respective social media accounts to mark their 11th wedding anniversary.
Marco and Lara celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary last January 1. To mark their special occasion, Marco and Lara took to Instagram to share their message for each other.
Sharing photos on Instagram, Lara thanked her husband for carrying her all those years.
“Thank you asawa ko for carrying me all these years. Totoo, kinikilig pa rin ako sayo… mahal kita. Happy Anniversary @marcoalcaraz,” Lara wrote.
The couple rang in the new year by going on a family vacation in Boracay.

In a separate post, Lara said that the best way to celebrate their 11th wedding anniversary didn’t have to be a grand celebration.
Marco, for his part, paid tribute to Lara for being a perfect mother and wife. Sharing photos on Instagram, Marco thanked his wife for loving him and their children unconditionally.
“I’m not perfect but Iahat ng sweldo ko sa ‘yo. Mahal na mahal kita. Submit yourself to your wives and you will have a happy marriage,” Marco wrote along with hashtags #HappyWifeHappyLife, #TheAlcaraz, #AsawaTips, and #asawatipsnimarco.
Marco and Lara first married in civil wedding rites in Vancouver, Canada last January 1, 2011, and got married again in Cavite last July 8, 2012.
