Lovely and Benj celebrated their first wedding anniversary last Sunday, January 23. To mark the occasion, the couple took to their respective social media accounts to share a message for each other.
Sharing photos on Instagram, Benj said that the “kilig” he felt for his wife was still the same as before. He also thanked Lovely for being an understanding, loving, and good wife to him.
“1st year man ng wedding natin pero 7 years na tayo magkasama, grabe I’m so thankful and lucky to have you in my life,” Benj wrote. “Forever tayo mahal ha? Lets keep inspiring each other, learn from each other, know God together and live life forever!“
Lovely, for her part, shared photos of them together on her Instagram account and wrote a lengthy message to mark the occasion.

She shared that when their marriage started, they promised to love each other “for better or worse”.
According to her, they didn’t know what that would mean and had no clue how hard some of their worst moments would be but God has been with them in the past and they trusted that He will be with them in the future.
“Whatever we face, stand with us and help us stand strong together. Protect our marriage Lord as You keep us united by Your grace and with Your help,” Lovely said.
She went on to express her love for her husband.
“Happy 1st year anniversary Babe. I love you so much and forever, at lagi akong magpapasalamat sayo @benj,” Lovely wrote along with the hashtag #Benlys1styearanniversary.
Lovely and Benj tied the knot in Quezon City on January 23, 2021. Through the persistence of online selling that started in 2020, Lovely and Benj were able to build their dream house and start other businesses.
