Iya Villania, Drew Arellano’s Family Faced w/ COVID-19 Bout
IYA VILLANIA – The two (2) other children of the Kapuso TV host and her husband, Drew Arellano, also experience COVID-19 symptoms.
The Casa Arellano is currently dealing with a huge challenge after the celebrity couple was infected with COVID-19. Drew and Iya were the first in their family to experience the symptoms of the virus.
Drew and Iya isolated from their children. It was a tough time for the couple – seeing their kids but not being able to hug and comfort them everytime they would long to embrace their parents. Iya admitted that she cried because she can’t comfort her daughter when she was crying.
Pregnant Iya Villania and Drew Arellano were on their way to recovery when one of their sons, Leon, started to experience the COVID-19 symptoms. The 3-year-old boy and one of their yayas who got sick joined the couple’s side. Their two (2) other children, Primo and Alana, were taken cared of by their two (2) other yayas.
Leon then tested negative on the antigen test twice. Drew and Iya allowed Leon to join his siblings back. According to the Kapuso TV host, the results show that he is no longer infectious.
However, the challenge to the Casa Arellano did not end there. Recently, Iya Villania shared posts confirming that Primo and Alana, her eldest son and youngest daughter with Drew Arellano, are also experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. He has a fever and he is sneezing. He also vomits in between the in-takes of the medicines.
The youngest daughter of Iya and Drew, Alana, also got warm and uneasy. She wants nothing but cuddles. Now, the borders in the Casa Arellano have been opened and they are reunited. On Instagram, Iya mentioned her gratitude that she and Drew are getting better now thus they can really take care of their kids who are sick.
