Ces went on to remind the public to isolate right away, with or without symptoms, should they get exposed to someone who tested positive for coronavirus disease.
She also said that she has informed all those she has come into contact with about her test result so they can take precautions as well.
“If you get exposed to someone who is positive, best to assume that you have the virus and isolate right away to prevent passing it on to others. My exposure was very brief! Less than 15 minutes!” Ces said.
According to her, she’s staying upbeat, keeping herself busy with her garden, and air drying flowers and leaves. She also stressed the importance of COVID-19 vaccines in getting protected from the virus.
To recall, Ces shared how she beat the “#stressdrilon” on her 5th day of isolation.
“No symptoms except #positivevibes. Siyempre kinabahan din sa una. And sometimes imagining symptoms that aren’t there,” Ces wrote at that time. “So nagpakalma lang ako and breathed deeply realizing it was anxiety.“
She also shared that she’s using the isolation in order to work on a “new smudge stick with a lot of local herbs”.
It was last year when she tried her hand at acting as a cast member of the upcoming BL series “Love Team: Beyond Boys’ Lockdown”.
Also, the former “Bandila” anchor was busy with her newest business venture, “Provenciana”, which offered products that were “healing and nurturing from nature”.
