Kristel Fulgar received a pet dog on her 27th birthday.
KRISTEL FULGAR — The actress and singer received a pet dog from “Big Boss” as she celebrated her 27th birthday.
It was last December 29 when Kristel had an intimate birthday party with her closest friends — including Sue Ramirez, her longtime bestie.
She shared on Instagram some photos from her celebration, as well as clips of her friends’ sweet surprise.
Kristel received an adorable pet dog, which seemed to be the birthday gift of Korean businessman Yohan Kim (aka “Big Boss”), right before blowing her candles.
“My [heart] was so full last night,” she wrote. “Thanks guys for making my day one of the best.“

Yohan, for his part, posted a birthday greeting for Kristel on his social media account.
“Happiest Birthday @kristelfulgar. Beautiful inside and out. [You] deserve all the love and happiness. Hopefully, I can be [at] the party next year,” Yohan wrote.
It was in October 2018 when Kristel and Yohan first met at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) while on their way to South Korea. The actress was one of the influencers invited to the beauty brand’s event in Nami Island at that time.
Since then, Kristel and Yohan have been good friends — and netizens couldn’t help but ship them since they would occasionally make an appearance on each other’s feeds on Instagram.
Last month, Kristel took to TikTok to debunk a netizen’s comment claiming Yohan was only using her for his business.
“[This is] a job that is well-compensated. So let’s not use the word ‘ginagamit’ kasi it’s not good.” she said at that time.
Kristel also noted that the best term to use was “support” instead of “ginagamit” because they loved supporting and encouraging each other.
