After 8 years of being married, Jun Lana and Perci Intalan decided to part ways

JUN LANA and PERCI INTALAN – The couple, who are both renowned directors, have decided to part ways after eight years of being married.

It was on October 14, 2013, when Perci and Jun tied the knot in front of Bethesda Terrace in New York’s Central Park. It was attended by their family and closest friends.

The two knew each other through a common friend while Perci is in Australia. Their love story started thru chat.

Later, Jun took a crash course on directing in Australia and the two eventually met there. Until Jun returned to the country and Perci followed.

A year after their marriage, they established the IdeaFirst Company.

But in the latest tweet of director Jun, he announced that they “decided to part ways amicably.”

“Hi guys. Perci and I have decided to part ways amicably. We wish each other well and will continue to be active co-parents for our children & business partners for our company. We request for privacy as we navigate this transition. Thank you all for your understanding & support,” he wrote.

The couple was supposed to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary in 2023.

The two work together to line-produce movie projects such as “Bwakaw,” “Mga Kuwentong Barbero,” “Dementia,” “Anino sa Likod ng Buwan,” “Sleepless,” “I love You To Death,” “Die Beautiful,” “Bakit Lahat ng Guwapo may Boyfriend,” “Ang Manananggal sa Unit 23B,” “I America,” “The Write Moment,” “The Debutantes,” “Ang Dalawang Mrs. Reyes,” “My Fairytale Love Story,” “Ang Pambansang Thirdwheel,” “Mr. and Mrs. Cruz,” “Gusto Kita with all my Hypothalamus,” “Ang Babaeng Allergic sa Wifi,” “Distance,” “Born Beautiful,” “Panti Sisters,” “Untrue,” “Unforgettable,” “Kalel 15,” “Gameboys: The Movie,” and their 2021 Metro Manila Film Festival titled “Big Night.”

Aside from movies, they also worked together for remarkable TV shows and web series.
