Couple saves money thru ipon challenge then bought a brand new NMAX motorcycle
IPON CHALLENGE – A certain Jho Jeremias was able to buy a brand-new Yamaha NMAX through the money she saved.
The ipon challenge is popular among Filipinos for varied reasons.
It involves saving in increments weekly, starting from the first week of the year up to the last. It also requires you to commit to saving specific amounts of money regardless of your income.
But how you should start the challenge?
First, choose your “Alkansya of the Year” – it’s either a piggy bank or anything where you can secure your money.
Then, select a specific bill, coin, or amount that you are going to place.
Next, formulate a monthly, weekly, or daily chart. This will guide you whether putting money on your coin bank would be daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Also, keep a diary of your savings to monitor how much money you have saved or if ever you’ve already reached your target.
Lastly, make sure that you can achieve your goal.
Meanwhile, wealth coach Chinkee Tan shared on his Facebook page the story of a couple who bought their brand new Yamaha NMAX motorcycle out of ipon challenge.
According to Jho Jeremias, she was able to buy the said motorcycle after saving her business profits for four months.
“Luho man to para sa iba pero para samin achievement to reward para sa mister kung ubod ng sipag at bait,” she cited.
She also encouraged her fellow online sellers to save money for future investments.
