Tanduay formally introduced Bea Alonzo as the calendar girl for 2022.

The theme for the shoot was “La Dolce Vita”. Bea was given the freedom to interpret the theme with direction from the Creative Team while she was briefed about it.

Bea shared that she’s really nervous at first because it’s her first time to have a photoshoot for the liquor brand, adding that this was the second time Tanduay had reached out to her and she knew that she’s ready this time.

Working out and going on a healthy diet were among the preparations Bea did to look her best.

Tanduay Senior Brand Manager and International Business Development Manager Marc Ngo said that Bea was a top-caliber actress who has remained relevant over the years and even during the pandemic.

She is the Tanduay Calendar Girl we need during these uncertain times. Someone who will remind us that change can be a good thing, but you have to be strong as you breeze through these changes,” Marc Ngo said. “No stress, just be calm and collected, so you can emerge beautifully out of every situation you are in.”

The liquor brand’s former calendar girls include Ellen Adarna, Ivana Alawi, Jessy Mendiola, Heart Evangelista, Bela Padilla, Barbie Imperial, and Erich Gonzales.

Bea was also asked how she felt when she learned that she was chosen to represent the liquor brand for the coming year. According to her, she’s surprised at first and ecstatic the next.

Napakalaking karangalan para sa akin na maging Tanduay calendar girl,” Bea said.
