Giant Python Hiding Inside House Ceiling in Davao Oriental Causes Fear Among Residents
The residents of Barangay Central, Mati City, Davao Oriental found a giant python hiding inside the ceiling of a house.
Nowadays, the sighting of snakes in public places and residential area have been very common to Filipino people. However, most of us fears exotic animals such as serpents because of their venom.
The Philippine government and other environmental groups also urged the public to call or contact the authorities to rescue such species. Some of our countrymen were already killing venomous creatures to prevent it from making harm to people.
Last Sunday early morning (October 17, 2021), the locals of Barangay Central experienced chaos after a giant snake has been found crawling at the ceiling of a house. The serpent has a length of about seven to eight feet.
The serpent has been spotted at the house of a certain Baby Camilo. The residents together with the help of the police authorities were able to remove the snake from the house after two hours.
According to the report, a certain Toto Rosal of Brgy. Central owned the python. The latter said that the serpent was able to escape from its cage climbed up to their attic and eventually reach its neighbor’s house.
Rosal has also decided to bring his exotic pet into the mountains to avoid causing fear and hard to his fellow villagers.
