Robredo reminded volunteers and supporters that pink wasn’t just a color but a “way of life” — one that should inspire them to help others in need.

Sharing a two-minute video on her Facebook page, Robredo asked her supporters to live a life that represented the color pink, which she earlier described as a color of hope.

Robredo imparted to volunteers and supporters that while it’s easy to argue as people, it’s “more radical” to love. She also urged the public to look for feelings and sentiments that will unite every Filipino because this will bring them to the “truth”.

The Vice President also believed that pink was the “color of hope and love”.

Pink has become Leni Robredo’s unofficial campaign color after her supporters called on everyone to wear pink clothes and to tie ribbons on their houses and cars a day before she announced her candidacy for president in the 2022 elections.

Robredo thanked volunteers and supporters who filled their social media timelines and profiles with pink.

Her supporters and volunteers had been actively campaigning on social media and in-person through parades and motorcades being held almost daily since she announced her candidacy.

Robredo’s supporters also wear pink shirts or post anything colored pink on their social media timelines every Wednesday in observance of #KakampinkWednesdays, which her team recently started to raise awareness about her.
