A Facebook user named Christopher Villanueva has shared how he turned his ordinary girlfriend into a property owner. The post immediately spread like a wildfire online after it was posted on social media.
Villanueva said that his girlfriend repeatedly refuse to accept his fancy gifts and offer. His simple girlfriend does not want any expensive or fancy stuff in life, so he decided to buy her a huge property.
Christopher purchased a huge property in Camotes Island and think of it as investment. He also consider the property as investment because his girlfriend Danica is business minded and an entrepreneur.
The guy narrated that Danica usually declines a fancy dinner during their anniversary and prefer a simple one. She also refused a grand wedding and choose a very simple ceremony.

SHE DECLINED AND REFUSED A GRAND WEDDING I PLANNED FOR, SAID SHE JUST WANTED AN INTIMATE AND A VERY SIMPLE ONE.
So I bought her a 6000+ sqm lot under her name in Camotes Island near the upcoming airport. Used my personal savings I prepared supposedly for the wedding because I know she knew that this is a good investment.
