Update on Leyte Rep. Lucy Torres-Gomez Political Plans
LUCY TORRES-GOMEZ – The Leyte Representative is serving her last term in Congress and she is set to run for this position in Election 2022.

One of the celebrity relationships that many people admire is the marriage of Lucy with Richard Gomez who is also known in showbiz as an actor before he found his way to a different field of public service – the political arena.
Currently, Lucy Torres-Gomez has totally left showbiz and she is focusing on her family and her responsibilities as a member of the House of Representatives. She is down to her third and last term as the Congresswoman of Leyte.
Many people are surely wondering about the political plans or what is next for Lucy as she is serving her last term in Congress now. However, based on the report, the local government of Ormoc City just announced that Lucy Torres-Gomez will be running for Ormoc City mayor in the Election 2022. It is the current position of her husband, Richard.
As for Richard, he will be running for a seat in Congress next year. The couple will be exchanging positions in their next bids and Ormoc City believes that both of them are leaders with integrity who have already proven good governance.
