The relationship between Mangudadatu and Sharifa became controversial due to the accusations of Toto’s other wife, Mylene Maligaya-Mangudadatu, in June 2020.

Mylene revealed that her husband and Sharifa have been in a relationship since 2019.

Sharifa broke her silence at the time by calling her “Ms. Desperada.”

Mylene had threatened to file a complaint in court against Sharifa, but it did not push through.

Sharifa is Filipino-Qatari and was crowned Miss Asia Pacific International in 2018. She is a native of Sultan Kudarat in Mindanao.

On the other hand, Congressman Mangudadatu is a veteran politician who served as mayor of Buluan, Maguindanao from 1998 to 2007.

After his term, he ran for vice mayor of the said town and served from 2007 to 2010. He served as governor of Maguindanao from 2010 to 2019 and was elected congressman in the 2019 elections.

Toto has a 9-year-old daughter named Princess Keilah Del Rosario with actress Ynez Veneracion.
