Wife of Noli de Castro passes away
ARLENE SINSUAT – The wife of Noli de Castro died on Saturday morning, July 31.
It was confirmed by her daughter Katherine, general manager of state-owned People’s Television Network, through a Facebook post.
“I feel so down. My head hurts and my tears never seem to stop. I love you mommy very much,” she said.
The wife of Kabayan was born in 1955 in Cotabato.
Her career started via MBS-4 (Maharlika Broadcasting System) in 1981.
After the EDSA Revolution in 1986, she worked on ABS-CBN Corp. as an executive producer.
Among the shows, she handled in Kapamilya Network is PEP Talk with Loren Legarda, Good Morning Philippines with Merce Henares, as well as Magandang Umaga Po with Noli de Castro and Korina Sanchez.
She was then promoted as Vice President of the Current Affairs Department of ABS-CBN.
Arlene Sinsuat was behind the success of hit programs like Magandang Gabi Bayan (MGB) with Noli de Castro, Pipol, Assignment, Dong Puno Live, and to name a few.
Her last stint with Kapamilya Network was via the long-running show “Kabuhayang Swak na Swak.”
