It was last July 14, 2021 when Raffy Tulfo in Action aired an episode involving Timmy Tan, the son of Lucio Tan. The said episode was titled “Anak ni Lucio Tan, ipina-Tulfo dahil sa hotdog!

Apparently, one of Timmy Tan’s helpers claimed that she’s mistreated by her boss.

After the news went viral, several YouTube channels have mistakenly used photos of another Timmy Tan.

The man with the same name was a professional bowler who represented Malaysia at SEA Games in the Philippines and the Asian Championships in Kuwait in 2019. His full name was Timmy Tan Chye Chern and he reportedly managed to bring home four gold medals (two from every event).

It has come to my attention that there is an incident involving an individual by the name of Timmy Tan (Son of Lucio Tan) from the Philippines. Whilst we share the same name, I wish to clarify that the individual involved in that incident is not me nor am I in any way related to that incident,” he said.
