House helper vs Lucio Tan
A house helper is determined to sue Timmy Tan, the son of billionaire Lucio Tan, for allegedly threatening to shoot her after they had an argument.
In the episode of “Wanted sa Radyo,” Rocelle Siay said that she will pursue to file a grave threat case against Tan.
It started when Timmy yelled at her for cooking a hotdog for her boss’s alleged woman. He can also be heard telling his bodyguard to shoot her.
“Willing po akong sampahan siya ng kaso. Hindi po ako magpapaareglo katulad ng iniisip ng marami na pera-pera lang at uurong ako, hindi po ganon,” Siay insisted.
“Natatakot po ako. Wala po akong maayos na tulog simula nung mangyari yon,” she added.
According to Rocelle, many have been talking to her to negotiate, including a barangay official, but the maid really wants to punish her former boss.
Tulfo also assured that he will support Rocelle in her fight against the rich businessman, and will not back down Tan’s cyber libel case against her.
Tulfo also called for the support of his 21 million subscribers to focus on the case, and ensure that those who serve in the court will be fair especially since it is a “test case” against an influential family.
