Binay for senator in the upcoming elections
JEJOMAR BINAY – The former vice president will run for senator in the 2022 elections under the tandem of Senator Panfilo Lacson and Senate President Vicente Sotto III.
Lacson will run for president while Sotto is vying for the vice presidency in the upcoming poll.
The Senate President told the reporters that they are holding a meeting with their newest senatorial bet.

Sotto described him as “big time.” He later revealed that it’s ex-VP Jejomar Binay.
Binay is the president of the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) party.
“Yes. Confirmed with us. Senate lineup,” he said.
Binay will join the senatorial lineup of Lacson-Sotto tandem which include JV Ejercito, Francis “Chiz” Escudero, Sherwin Gatchalian, Richard Gordon, Gringo Honasan, regorio “Goyo” Larrazabal, Loren Legarda, Lucy Torres-Gomez, Joel Villanueva and Juan Miguel “Migz” Zubiri.
