Bayani Agbayani recounted how he worked as a porter just to graduate from college.
In an interview with actress Aiko Melendez, the comedian recounted the hardships he went through in his life.
According to Bayani, “Otso-Otso” is important to him because these numbers have become part of many things in his life.
Like other Catholics who believe in Birheng Maria, Bayani believes that his devotion to her was the reason why he became successful in life.
It is said that Bayani even sold various things just to finish his studies.
Aside from selling, he tried being a kargador or porter just to graduate from college.
He finished Mass Communication in Broadcasting at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
Bayani Agbayani started his showbiz career as a host in the defunct GMA-7 show, “SST: Salo-Salo Together.”
He has been in various shows on ABS-CBN and TV5.
The comedian last appeared on television as host of the noontime show, Lunch Out Loud (LOL).
