Manny Pacquiao: “Probably mga kanta ko, ‘yung ‘Lalaban Ako’ and ‘Para Sa ‘Yo.'”
Boxing superstar-senator Manny Pacquiao will be performing in a virtual concert later this month along with some of the popular music stars in the country.
The show organized by Filipino American Voice United (FAVU) billed as “Isang Tinig, Isang Lahi” will premier on ABS-CBN’s digital platform KTX.ph at 8 p.m. on June 26 and 10 a.m. on June 27.
It will also benefit Caritas Philippines, PGH Medical Foundation, Philippine Relief and Development Services, Tuloy Foundation, and ABS-CBN Foundation.
According to project chair Cory Quirino, “Isang Tinig, Isang Lahi” is “a 2.5-hour musical humanitarian project that attempts to reach out to fellow Filipinos all over the world, and those who love the Philippines.”
In the said concert, Manny Pacquiao will be singing two songs.
He said: “Probably mga kanta ko, ‘yung ‘Lalaban Ako’ and ‘Para Sa ‘Yo.'”
Joining Manny Pacquiao are some of the popular singers such as Lea Salonga, Ogie Alcasid, Regine Velasquez, Martin Nievera, Jose Mari Chan, Gary Valenciano, Apl.de.Ap, Bamboo, Moira dela Torre, Ian Veneracion, Maymay Entrata, David Pomeranz, and Pilita Corrales.
