Lacson: “Oras na mag-execute ng affidavit puwede kong banggitin kung sino of course.”
Senator Panfilo Lacson is set to reveal the name of the “undersecretary” who is allegedly behind the troll farms in the country.
In a statement, Lacson said that he would only disclose the name of the said Usec once his informant submitted an affidavit.
“Kinukumbinse ko ‘yung nakausap niya (undersecretary) na mag-execute ng affidavit. Sa ngayon hindi pa sumasagot. Oras na mag-execute ng affidavit puwede kong banggitin kung sino of course,” he said in an interiview.
On Tuesday, Lacson revealed the use of funds by the “undersecretary” to set up “at least 2 troll farms” per province, which could possibly be used in the 2022 elections.
After his revelation, many persuaded Lacson to name the “undersecretary”.
However, the identity of the Usec remains unknown as of posting.
Meanwhile, a troll farm or troll factory is an institutionalized group of internet trolls that seeks to interfere in political opinions and decision-making.
They are paid keyboard armies to spread propaganda and attack critics.
