Francine Diaz: “Hindi tama ang mang-body shame.”
FRANCINE DIAZ – The Kapamilya actress has spoken about body shaming.
Body shaming is the act of deriding or mocking a person’s physical appearance.
Many have been expressing their thoughts on this matter.
One of which is actress Francine Diaz.
In an interview, she was asked what is her dream storyline.
She said: “Kung ako talaga mag-iisip ng buong story, ang itatakbo ng story ko ay yung magbibigay ng awareness sa mga nag-ba-body shame sa social media.”
“Kasi meron akong mga nakikita na confident naman sila sa katawan nila, sa sarili nila, pero yung comment naman ng mga tao hindi tama,” she continued.
“Gusto ko magpakita o magbigay ng awareness lalo na sa mga haters. Hindi tama ang mang-body shame. Hindi tama na ikaw ang maging dahilan ng pagkababa ng tingin at confidence ng isang tao sa sarili nila,” she added.
Francine Diaz will star in the digital series, “Click, Like, Share” which will premier on June 5 via KTX.ph, iWantTFC, and TFC IPTV and soon on Upstream.
