During the Laging Handa briefing on Tuesday, she claimed that there were no “shortcomings” in the provision of such benefits.

Wala tayong pagkukulang dito,” she said.

The Education secretary noted that the department is not behind in providing the benefits intended for teachers which also include the uniform and cash allowances.
