This was after he tried to school a netizen who called him out on social media over his claims about Lapulapu.

“Wow (redacted) you got to be kidding. Are you from Ateneo? De la salle? UST? All Spanish established schools for insulares, peninsulares and mestizos. You don’t need to be a doctor of anything to accept reality,” he said.

Previously, the 51-year-old actor tried to defend a lawmaker following the latter’s claim amid the 500th anniversary of the Battle of Mactan that Lapulapu was from Sulu.

Meanwhile, the statement of Robin Padilla caught the attention of many including the High School Philippine History Movement.

These are irrefutable historical facts. Walang personalan,” it added.
