Here’s the message of Miss Puerto Rico for Miss Mexico
Miss Puerto Rico Estefania Torres posted a message for Miss Universe 2020 Andrea Meza of Mexico on her Instagram.
According to Estefania, she is happy with the success of her fellow Latina.
Here’s the full statement of Miss Puerto Rico:
“Dear @andreamezamx, congratulations on this new adventure that life has extended to you!
It has been a real pleasure meeting you and sharing with you during these days.
Something that captivated me about you and that I will always carry in my memory is your beautiful laugh.
You were always laughing out loud and filled the environment with a lot of positive energy.
A laugh of joy and very very genuine that characterizes the human being that you carry inside.”
Estefania made it to the Top 10 at Miss Universe 2020 but she did not make it to the Top 5.
By the end of the competition, Miss Mexico was declared as the winner but her victory was marred by controversy because many seemed not in favor of the results.
One of those who was not happy with her win was Miss Bulgaria Radinela Chusheva. According to her, Andrea does not deserve the title.
