In a press conference, she revealed how she felt during the first few months of the coronavirus disease pandemic.

“Sobra ’yung takot namin … dami ko pang complications along the way,” she said.

According to her, she needs to recover quickly after giving birth.

“Giving birth alone, wala ka mahingahan,” she said.

Luane Dy underwent an emergency C-section after having complications along the way.

To confirm that her internal organs were functioning properly, she had to stand, walk, pass water, and defecate within 12 hours of giving birth.

Finally, after 24 hours, she was able to go home.

“Pinakamasarap na parte na ’yun, ’yung nasa bahay ka na, nayayakap mo na ’yung baby mo. Inaalagaan ka ng buong pamilya mo,” Luane said.

It was in 2019 when Luane and her partner Carlo Gonzales got engaged.

In April 2020, one month after World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic, they welcomed baby Christ.
