John Vic De Guzman got his COVID-19 vaccine along with other national athletes.

“Owe My Love” star John Vic De Guzman had officially received his COVID-19 vaccine last Friday, May 28, 2021, along with other national athletes.

According to a report on GMA Entertainment, the Philippine Olympic Committee started the COVID-19 vaccination drive for the national athletes in preparation for the upcoming 2020 Tokyo Olympics and the 2021 Hanoi Southeast Asian Games.

The actor was part of the Philippine Men’s volleyball national team for the upcoming 2021 South East Asian (SEA) Games.

Prior to this, GMA Entertainment previously reported that John Vic will take a break from showbiz.

The Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) released last May 11 the names selected to be included in the Philippine Men’s volleyball national team.

Based on a report on GMA Entertainment last May 12, John Vic said that he felt the excitement of being included in the national team pool again.

John Vic also admitted that he will temporarily take a break from making television series in order for him to focus on their training in the coming days and months.
