Jodi Sta. Maria congratulated her son Thirdy for completing junior high.
“The Broken Marriage Vow” actress Jodi Sta. Maria recently took to social media as she congratulated her son Thirdy for completing his junior high studies.
On her Instagram post, she’s a proud mother as she shared Thirdy’s milestone at school with “moving up ceremony” photo, which her son apparently didn’t want to be uploaded on social media.
“Anak, I know you told me not to post this kasi ayaw mo yung hair mo sa photo (gwapo ka parin anak) but I couldn’t help it!!! I am just so proud of you! It wasn’t easy but by the grace of God you made it,” Jodi said to her son.

Also, Jodi was elated about the fact that her son will be in college two years from now. She then told her son that he’s a step closer to his dreams.
The actress also extended her gratitude to her son’s teachers for guiding Thirdy on his scholastic journey, saying that their patience was “second to none” and she’s grateful for their gentle guidance and willingness to help.
In a previous interview, Jodi shared what she considered her biggest challenge as a single mom. According to her, she considered her transition from having a family to doing things differently as her biggest challenge as a single mother.
However, Jodi refused to take all the credit for raising her son into the boy that he was today.
“Hindi ko rin kasi pwede sabihing solo mom ako na ako lang talaga kasi I would be unfair kay Pampi kasi he’s very much involved in the life of his son,” Jodi said.
